Business Hierarchy / Information Management




In last post I had discussed about a proper Hierarchy in the organisation. Today I have drawn a flow chart which would help you understand how the flow of information should be in the organisation. One thing that I noticed is that in the real Estate Business People are worried that the executive working under their Business May start their Own Business and take away the vital information from their Business. So I have recommend an Effective flow of Information which can help you avoid that.






This Is a Flow Chart For Small Organisation who has around 3-4 People working under them.





Important Point :

* Step 1: You Advertise On Different Portals/ Newspaper/ Walk In Clients

* Step 2: The Inflow of Leads are Managed By the Receptionist. The Leads which come in are Recorded In an Excell Sheet Or Either A CRM Software.

*Step 3: This Leads Are distributed to Executive who would Follow up with the Clients and report back to the Receptionist. The report have to be send in the same excell file or in CRM Software.

*Step 4: The Receptionist Send a Daily Report to the Business Head.Also A list of potential Clients which may Buy the Property in Near Term. The Business Head would Take it forward from them and follow up with the Potential Client.



* This would Help to Filter The Non Potential Client and Also This would save a Lot of Time for the Business Head.

Important Points :

* Step 1 : You Advertise On Different Portals/ Newspaper/ Walk In Clients

*Step 3: This Leads Are distributed to Area Manager who would distribute it to the respective Executive.

Step4: The Executive would follow up with the Client and Send the report back in excell format or update in CRM Software and send it to the Business Head.

Step 5: The Area Manager Would send Daily Reports to the Business Head.

* This Would Save a lot of Time of the Business Head Also The Information about the Leads would not be Misused by the Executives.

Step 5: The Area Manager Would send Daily Reports to the Regional Manager.

Step 6: The Regional Manager would send the Weekly Report to the Business Head.

* This is one of the most effective flow chart for an Established business. This structure would help to maintain a proper Flow of information and would help to Handel the business in an effective way. At this level the use of Information Technology is must. One should use the best CRM software. Also you have to keep a check that the Information is daily updated.
